HEART II HEART was inspired by our son Aiden's heart fighting a life threatening battle. Since being diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), Aiden’s journey has been one of surgeries, strength, and resilience. Through every hospital stay and every scar, he’s taught us the power of hope, community, and love.

This brand is more than hats and apparel. It’s a representation of courage for families touched by congenital heart defects, a way to spread awareness, and a reminder that even the smallest hearts can be our biggest inspiration.
